Payment is due in advance of shipment. Applicant fully agrees to NOT TO CHARGE BACK the payment for any reason. Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee your corals will arrive alive. Damages incurred after we release your shipment to the carrier is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible. You must be available at the time of (the first) delivery. In the case that your order is dead on arrival, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery. You must also submit a clear picture(s) of the deceased coral(s) in the original, unopened bag within 12 hours of the claim. Upon DOA determination we will replace your coral(s) in your next order. If no replacement coral is available, we will issue you a credit which must be used within 6 months. The credit is for your next livestock order only. Shipping cost is not credited, nor can credit be used for shipping costs. No returns on livestock accepted. If your shipment was to your airport, you must arrive at the airport in a very timely manner (within 3 hours).

Order Fill Rate, Quarantine Policy & Limit of Liability

We fill exactly what you order. We may need to change sizes or corals however to fill your shipment. If this happens we will contact you (phone /text/email) and ask if it is ok, but we reserve the right to do so without asking. Keep in mind that we want you happy so we will not replace any coral with one we do not think you would want. We advise an inspection and quarantine of all corals upon arrival. If you choose to not quarantine, you are assuming all risk that may be present. The risks of disease, pests and other unwanted carriers can spread to all livestock. We are not liable for any loss of livestock that occurs after arrival for any reason.
